clean up the outline view in org-mode (less stars)

In Emacs Org-Mode outlines look like these:
* heading 3
** subheading 3.1
*** one more heading 3.1.1
*** one more heading 3.1.2

to clean up the outline view, start org-ident-mode

> M-x org-indent-mode RET change view to

* heading 3
  * subheading 3.1
    * one more heading 3.1.1
    * one more heading 3.1.2
